Hello! I'm an experienced counselor with over 15 years in the mental health field. I use meditation and mindfulness to help my clients reach new levels of awareness. I also believe that therapy should be direct and efficient. Meditation is one of humanity's oldest forms of mental health and is still one of the best exercises for gaining control over one's mind and one's existence.
Meditation is the oldest form of mental health therapy. The tradition of using your breath to gain control over your inner experience is a foundational aspect of being human.
In Modern therapy, mindfulness and meditation are the most studied and widely used interventions today. It forms the background of our mental health work and our understanding of human wellness.
